IGAL SPA:

Igal became the first certified health resort in Somogy county and the 26th in Hungary. On October 7, 2016, Igal received the decision certifying it as a health resort issued by the ÁNTSZ OTH, thanks to which the spa town of Somogy joined the list of the most recognized medical tourism destinations in the country. The territory of the qualified spa encompasses the wider surroundings of the Igali Spa.

The 81°C medicinal water with a wonderful healing effect, which rises from a depth of 651 meters and contains extremely high (10,358 mg/liter) dissolved minerals, has been considered among the best in Europe for more than 50 years. Perhaps nothing proves this better than the satisfied spa guests, that countless healings, recovery after an accident or even the blessing of children, which were thought to be hopeless, owe their reality to the beneficial effect of the water.
